1. 1. 70% DEPOSIT ON ORDER; balance due on delivery.
   2. Full payment due on orders less than R3,000.

   4. LEAD TIME: BRANDED ORDERS: 14-21 working days, upon receipt of deposit.
   5. LEAD TIME: UNBRANDED ORDERS: 5-7 working days, upon receipt of deposit.
   6. Ordering the correct sizes, is the responsibility of the owner.
   7. NO BRANDED items will be exchanged.
   8. LESS than 10 BRANDED items ordered, is subject to a Set-up fee of R50 Excl.
   9. ANY DISCREPANCIES to be communicated in writing, within 5 working days upon receipt.
   10. SAMPLES – CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COURIER FEES.

1. 1. CLOTHING TO BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING & LABELS
   2. CLOTHING STAINED WITH MAKE UP OR DAMAGED IN ANY WAY WILL BE FOR THE CUSTOMER’S ACCOUNT
   3. Clothing to be RETURNED to PINPOINT PROMOTIONS WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS (DELIVERY ADDRESS TO BE CONFIRMED)
   4. COURIER COSTS ARE FOR THE CUSTOMER’S ACCOUNT.
